The Modify Resources Tab is where the majority of the system data setup occurs, including File Formats, Account Suffix definitions, Criteria Properties (identifying individual data elements), Insert Bins (for mailing house bin selection), and Categories for categorization of Campaigns.

File Formats identify the types of files the system will import into Current Data Sets. Criteria Properties identify each of the data elements and their type, be it character, date or numbers. As well, the system provides for determining what data from each imported file will be used and that will ultimately be presented to the user for account selection criteria in the Campaign module.
