Invoices and Related Information - ChemDAT Invoice Screen

• Computer automatically generates a invoice number
• Date
• Job Time
• Technician and associated truck number if applicable
• Line Items for the invoice contain:
• Quantity of product - if applicable
• The Product/Service
• Item such as a location in the home (i.e. Master Bedroom)
• Unit such as the square footage associated with a location in the home. Items and units are displayed as a
  pick list and is the list saved with the client’s information.
  
• Price, which calculation is based on the Quantity, Product/Service, Item and Square footage if applicable
• Whether or not the line item should receive a discount
• Whether or not the line item should be taxed with a state/provincial tax
• Whether or not the line item should be taxed with a federal tax. Taxes can be automatically associated with a product or service. Applicable taxes will be calculated based on the Product or Service chosen for the line item.
  
• Discounts can be applied to selected line items if desired, as a percentage or a dollar amount.
• Line items can be easily added or deleted from the invoice
• Job comments, etc.
• Advertising (ChemDAT Advertising Information Screen) responsible for the job can be categorized as:
• Yellow Pages
• Flyer
• Newspaper
