Waste shipped off-site to disposal facilities had to be manifested for transport.
The Manifest module provided an interface for inputing the appropriate
information that would appear on the manifest generated by the system. The
manifest could be created in the Prepare Manifest module, its shipment tracked
by the Ship Manifest module, and the return of the Manifest tracked by the
Return Manifest module. Costs associated with the manifested waste's transport
could also be tracked by the Manifest Costs module.
