Makes deleting outdated records easy and possible to speed up the system. . With the click of a button, all account balances are rolled up to a single record up to and including the selected date. Note that deleting old records is the same as deleting transactions history, but if you don't need the transaction history, this is a valuable tool for keeping your database light and trim.
