Payments Module

The payments module allows quick entry of monthly payments from student by their account number. Simply select the account number from a convenient picklist and press the tab key to move through each column, making selections such as Transaction type, Check or Cash or entering date and amounts into one or more categories (Dues,Retail,Misc). You can also print a deposit sheet you can take to the bank and/or a ledger of the session's transactions.
