Back in 1999, Sunpro
Inc was in the middle of a complete re-write of it's market leading records
management software for the fire service. As CTO, I decided that our internal
programming staff needed to be supplemented with contractors to meet our
deadlines. The technical skills we were looking for included Visual FoxPro and
Microsoft SQL Server programming. We selected Cliff Robinson for the job. He
delivered quality software in a timely manner during the contract period that
lasted about a year. He has a great work ethic and would be a great asset to
any programming project.

In 2001, when I was Director of
Engineering at Aether Systems, Inc., I was responsible for a software
development project that was contracted to Clifford Robinson. The project was a
client/server inventory control/management module for fire departments. It was
written in Microsoft Visual FoxPro and was tightly integrated with an existing
records management system.
Responsibility for the project was thrust upon me during a reorganization; it
had been begun sometime in 2000. Mr. Robinson, working from information given
him by Aether, wrote complete specification and design documents, designed the
application, managed the project and, together with programmers working for
him, wrote the code. The work included database schema design, Transact SQL
data definition language and data manipulation language scripts for managing
and accessing the database in Microsoft SQL Server, management and support
modules and the main user interface. At each phase of the project he was on
time and on budget and upon completion the project met all of the acceptance
criteria that had been established.
I heartily recommend Mr. Robinson to anyone contemplating this kind of project
in the future.

We have been using the
ServiceTRAK program in our service-based business now for approximately 2 years
and I just wanted to take a moment to share with you our opinion of it.
We use the ServiceTRAK program on a Novell network with 5 workstations, as well
as another off-site workstation that accesses it remotely. We are very pleased
with the performance of this program. The many features that are
"service-company oriented", such as the recurring schedule and the
callback lists, are invaluable.
We searched for quite some time
trying to find a program that would meet our specific needs. One that would
operate on a Novell Network with multi-workstations and do work orders,
invoicing, statements etc… and with the ability to do not only scheduling, but
recurring scheduling.
Our customers are very important to us and it is vital that we keep track of
them and contact them on time, the ServiceTRAK program allows us to do just
that. This program is user-friendly and all of our company and customer
information is easily obtained in many different formats.
